Charli Hoialmen, President
 
Ms. Charli Hoialmen is founder and President of Diversified Management Systems, Inc. (formerly Quality Paradigms, Inc.), one of the few Quality Systems consulting companies in the United States to achieve ISO 9001 certification. Ms. Hoialmen is a member of the Board of Commissioners for ACHC (Accreditation Commission for Health Care) and is registered with the American Society for Quality.

Ms. Hoialmen has a career background in business management, sales and marketing. She has over fifteen years experience in retail management, including department stores, mall, and restaurants. She has been recognized for her ability to increase sales, improved productivity, and promote an atmosphere of teamwork and professional growth.

For over six years, Ms. Hoialmen held the position of Vice-President of Operations for a computer company dealing with the production of hardware and software for manufacturing industries. She was responsible for the overall operations of the company including sales, production, and customer service. During this time, Ms. Hoialmen helped to develop a Production Management System that controlled labor costs and promoted consistency. This System was instrumental in assisting a client to become the first in its industry to achieve ISO 9002 certification. Charli Hoialmen is experienced in the fields of service industries, business management, professional services, process and manufacturing industries, computer software/hardware, and distribution. She has assisted several companies in service, healthcare and manufacturing in becoming ISO 9000 certified. She participated in the first International Standards Workshop for the purpose of developing ISO 9000 guidelines for healthcare and assisted a healthcare accreditation company in becoming the first in the world to achieve certification to the ISO 9001:2000 Standard. She has also assisted in the development of the first hybrid standard (ISO 9001:2000 and ACHC Standard) for the DME Sector.
M.M. "Mickey" Christensen, Vice President
 
M.M. “Mickey” Christensen, MSME, P.E. Retired, is Vice-President of Diversified Management Systems and lives in Baton Rouge, LA USA.

Mickey has trained and consulted with many different types of organizations (metal working, oil and gas, petrochemical, and service industries) to assist them in achieving registration to ISO 9001. He was the prime consultant for getting the first, and other acute care hospitals, one that was the largest (as of Dec. 2004) hospital system in North America registered to ISO 9001. He also assisted another small rural hospital along with the four private practice physicians' offices supplying the hospital to achieve registration to ISO 9001 at the same time.

Mickey is a registered QMS Lead Auditor with the RABQSA and the IRCA (International Register of Certified Auditors) in London. He has participated in the certification and surveillance audits for several hospitals, a clinical laboratory, blood processing facility, the healthcare clinic at NASA’s Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX, USA and the ten (10) hospital Detroit Medical Center system audits to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. This is the largest hospital system currently certified to ISO 9001 in the USA.

He developed a nine-month program to assist consortiums of small businesses achieve registration to ISO 9001. This program assisted more than 60 companies to get certified and the program is licensed for use in other states in the USA.

Previously, he spent twenty-eight+ years with The Dow Chemical Company, Louisiana Operations with the last seven as the Manager of Quality and Productivity. In this position he worked with other Dow sites around the globe to get units certified to ISO 9001 and to develop the Dow North American Quality Performance process.

Mr. Christensen holds BS and MS degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is registered in the State of Louisiana as a Professional Engineer with retired status. He was the chair of the committee that developed the Louisiana State Quality Award and then served as charter president of the Louisiana Quality Foundation, which administers the State award. He is currently the chair-elect for the American Society for Quality (ASQ) Healthcare Division and also chairs the Healthcare Division Standards Committee. That committee co-developed, along with the AIAG (Automotive Industry Action Group), the first ISO Industry Workshop Agreement (IWA) document. The IWA-1 is a guidance document on the use of ISO 9004:2000 in healthcare. He is currently involved with the AIAG Work Group for improving healthcare for the employees of the member companies. The ASQ/AIAG group worked with the Standards Council of Canada, Canadian Standards Association, and ISO to review/revise the IWA-1 to make it a more useable document. He participated in the revision of the IWA-1. The IWA-1:2005 is the current version. He is a board member for INLAC-USA.
